At Lodyfair, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, you can make use of the return policy below.
14-day cooling-off period
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The cooling-off period starts the day after you – or a person designated by you who is not the carrier – received the product. If your order consists of multiple products delivered separately? Then the day you received the last product applies.
Keep the packaging and shipping label
Check your order immediately upon receipt and keep the packaging and shipping label until you are sure everything is complete and correct. If there is something wrong with your delivery — for example, a wrong or missing product — please send us photos of the package, the shipping label, and the received products. The shipping label is proof that the package came from our shipment; without that label, we cannot determine where something went wrong and may not be able to process a complaint. With these photos, we will quickly resolve it for you.
How to return
- Register your return within 14 days. The quickest way is via the WhatsApp button at the bottom right of our site, or by email to info@lodyfair.nl. Please state your order number and which products you wish to return. You can also use the model withdrawal form for this (included in our general terms and conditions).
- Send the product back to the address below within 14 days of your notification.
- Return the product complete, with all labels and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Condition of the product
During the cooling-off period, you may assess the product as you would in a store: you may try on clothing to determine if you like it. However, do not wear or use the product more than necessary. In case of diminished value due to unnecessary use, we may reduce the refund.
Return costs
The costs for returning your order are at your own expense.
Refund
You have three options
1. Exchange — the fastest route
Wrong size or a different color after all? Let us know what you want instead and we'll prepare it as soon as your return is registered. Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in stock.
2. Store credit — 10% extra
Opt for store credit. You will receive a code by email or WhatsApp, to be used throughout the webshop, valid for 12 months. No minimum spend.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to measure or according to your specifications.
- Personalized items. If you choose a name, a back number, or a player print for a shirt, that shirt is made especially for you. Such shirts cannot be exchanged or returned. If you wish to retain your cooling-off period, choose a shirt without printing.
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons, when the seal has been broken after delivery.
These exceptions do not apply if a product arrived damaged or incorrect. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us — even with a personalized item, we will resolve it for you.
