Below you will find all information regarding how and when we ship your order.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping within the Netherlands and throughout the European Union, regardless of your order amount.
- For countries outside the EU, we charge a flat rate of €19.95.
The exact shipping costs will always be shown before you complete your order.
Delivery Time
We generally process and ship your order within 1 business day after receiving your payment. The estimated delivery time is then 7 to 10 business days. As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace code (if available), so you can follow your shipment.
Delivery times are indicative. We will execute every accepted order within 30 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed with you. If this is unexpectedly not possible, we will inform you in good time and you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.
Delivery Area
We ship to the Netherlands, all countries within the European Union, and a selection of countries outside of it, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, and Japan. For deliveries outside the EU, different shipping costs apply (see above).
Insured Shipping
At checkout, you can opt for insured shipping. This insures your package against loss or damage during transport. Without insured shipping, the risk is regulated by law: until the moment of delivery, the risk of damage or loss lies with us.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by email. If available, this will include a track & trace code with which you can track your package.
